# PromotionDiscountSource

## Import

```typescript
import { PromotionDiscountSource } from "@alepha/commerce/promotions";
```

## Overview

Answers the cart's discount question from the promotion tables: the plugin
implements what the cart declares, and the arrow never points the other way.
